Multi site option page blank

    I installed this plugin on my multisite network but the option pages to configure the multi site option are blank, both on the network admin dashboard (domain/wp-admin/network/s2member) and also admin dashboard (domain/wp-admin/s2member/multisite)

    I network activated the plugin without any success, then activated it only on the main site with the same issue.
