Multi Site SEO Redirection Premium Not Working

  • My sub-domains are (for example) dating.christiangays.com, resources.christiangays.com, chat.christiangays.com etc.

    If I add redirects on the main site, christiangays.com, to go to one of the sub-domains, it strips the sub-domain part of the redirect and instead of (example)

    /music-playlists/ redirect to
    resources.christiangays.com/music-playlists/

    after a period of time it changes to
    /music-playlists/ redirect to
    /music-playlists/

    How do I stop it from losing the sub-domain part of the URL?
