Multi-step buttons don’t work

    Hi there,

    I have multi-step checkout enabled and none of the buttons that lead to the next step seem to work. Neither “I don’t have an account” nor “next”.
    There are errors on the console.

    This is the error when the “I don’t have an account” button is submitted:

    Uncaught TypeError: u is undefined
    oceanwpWooMultiStepCheckout https://www.precious-joy.com/wp-content/themes/oceanwp/assets/js/third/woo/woo-multistep-checkout.min.js?ver=2.0.0:1
    jQuery 2
    dispatch
    handle

    And this is the error when the “next” button is submitted:

    woo-multistep-checkout.min.js?ver=2.0.0:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘indexOf’ of undefined
    at HTMLInputElement.<anonymous> (woo-multistep-checkout.min.js?ver=2.0.0:1)
    at HTMLInputElement.dispatch (jquery.min.js?ver=3.5.1:2)
    at HTMLInputElement.v.handle (jquery.min.js?ver=3.5.1:2)

    When I disable multi-step everything seems to work fine.

    Update! I just contacted the server because I was getting registration and other kind of errors and they told me that all these errors come from the woocommerce plugin. Also, I have been trying to customize the cart and checkout pages but the changes won’t apply on the site.

    Hi @charamikis,

    Thanks for the detailed explanation.

    It seems like the issue you’re facing is with the OceanWP theme as it comes up when WooCommerce>Checkout>Multistep checkout is enabled.

    Therefore, kindly report the issue directly to their Plugin Support via

    Hello @abwaita,

    Thank you very much for the feedback.

    I imagined that it might be a theme problem, so I enabled another one. However, τhe problem continued. I don’t believe it comes from OceanWP, I will contact them though.
