Multi-Step Checkout Back To Top

Hey There,

Currently on a woocommerce website running OceanWP, we have multi-step checkout. In between each step is it possible to force the user back to the top of the page?

Currently when they select the next button, the next screen loads with them halfway down the page. Is this the default behaviour or a possible conflict?
