Multi step checkout not allowing guest checkout

Hi!

I’m using the multi step checkout on OceanWP and it has stopped allowing guest checkouts some time this month.
I still have the relevant options checked in WooCommerce settings.

After the “I don’t have an account” button is used to get to the billing address step, even when all required fields are filled in, when you click “next” the message “Some required fields are empty. Please fill the required fields to go to the next step.” comes up.
I found that checking the “create an account?” box and adding a password allows you to proceed.

So it seems like the form has started counting the hidden password field as a required field.

I’m posting here as the only reference to this issue I can find is an old thread that just concluded that it was their theme causing the issue.

Any idea how to get round this?
