Multi Step form – Submit fail

    I have been trying to create a multi step form.

    I filled everything out correctly, but it just gives “Submit failed”

    Trying to find answers, but none found.

    Here is the info, from the troubleshooting:

    Multi Step Form Plus: Not installed/active
    Wordpress Max Upload Size: 256,0 MB
    PHP Memory Limit: 2147483648
    PHP Post Max Size: 256M
    PHP Upload Max Filesize: 256M
    PHP Max Input Time: 60
    PHP Max Execution Time: 50

    HI,

    check if recaptcha is enabled, this might cause some errors right now, we recommend to switch it of in the plugin tab.

    Than ceck if you can send admin mails because the plugin uses the same function.

    If that does not help please come back via our company page.

    and there might be a problem with your cookie plugin? Try to switch it of for debugging.

    Recaptcha is disabled.

    I also tried to test if I can send emails through your troubleshooting.
    It went through just fine.

    Also tried disabling the cookie plugin.

    Still doesn’t work ??

    One more thing to try: can you enable the summary?
    Better: Can you send us the exported .JSON of the form for further debugging to our company mail?

    I already tried to enable the summary. Also didn’t work.

    Not sure how to extract the .JSON though?

    click the form in the overview or hover the enrty then you see a context menue and export as a .JSON-file than mail it to the conpany mail.

    I am having an issue with submitting form data. When I submit the form data, its submitting properly but submit button goes to red and says submit fail. But the data already sent. Please see the screenshot: https://prntscr.com/usm69l
