Multi-step forms and 3D Secure (via Stripe) error

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing this issue!

We haven’t hear of similar issues from what I see, maybe it’s something new in this case. We’d certainly would like to have a closer look. As the form requires payment, we’ll need to test it on a test site, please share an export of the form by following those steps:

Thank you for the form.

I could notice some issues using the test mode, I also downgraded the plugin to the previous version but made no difference.

We escalated this issue to our developers to verify why it is happening, we will keep you posted.

Our developers noticed something like a bug in the form that seems to be causing these issues. If you look in the form’s settings under Behavior > Methods, you will notice that the submission behavior is set to page reload, but when we have the Stripe field in the form it should be ajax and non-editable too.

You can try recreating the form and re-check, or use the following workaround. Please mind testing it in a safe environment first, like a staging site.

First install the following snippet as a MU plugin (https://wpmudev.com/docs/using-wordpress/installing-wordpress-plugins/#installing-mu-plugins).

You will have to change the site URL and form ID in the URL above.
Once the submission method is updated and the form setting is changed, remove the MU plugin.
