Multi store E-shop plugin

Good Day,

I am looking for a template and or template combination that can do the following:
Create a multi store interface. We have a large group of crafters that want to put their goods in an online store. Each will have own shopfront, but there will be a central pay-point. ie client can add goods from any vendor to their basket en have a central pay point.

• Each vendor must be able to load their own stock en set it up
• The system must mail a vendor with an order once payment has been made
• Vendor must be able to check online for outstanding orders on their account
• A vendor interface page showing all vendors on the site

The above multi-vendor is out biggest requirement.The normal E-shop like Woo e-commerce is what we will be needing with the above additional function.
Does anybody knows about such a plugin. We don’t mind if it is a Premium plugin and or theme.
