    Hello Deperito,

    We do have a community events plugin which allows users to submit their events: Community Events

    Furthermore, we also have a variety of ticketing solutions. However, none of them allow your customer to add tickets to their events from the front end. Only users with backend access can do this. If you would like for them to be able to add tickets, you would have to consider writing a modification for the plugin, or perhaps submitting that as a feature request here: https://central.tri.be/projects/premium-plugins/wiki/User_Voice_admin_guide
