multi-user event tickets site with frontend events and ticket management

Hi,

I have to create a multi-user event tickets site, where some users can create custom events and tickets and other users can pay and book for the specific event, buying the ticket. Both Event management (so ticket creating and selling), payment and booking must be done from the frontend.

Can use this theme to create this site? If yes, how?
