Hello @braino! With our Team booking feature, each one of your employees would be able to log in to your site and set their own custom working hours and blackout dates. As well as use Google Calendar to sync their personal schedules with the bookable time slots.
Though I will mention that the Team booking feature is admin-heavy, meaning that setting up Team members and booking calendars for your team will require the admin to set up. And admins will need to be in charge of managing team member changes when it comes to the booking calendars.

As for embedding in other websites, do you intend to embed Simply Schedule Appointments on sites where WordPress/SSA is not installed? If so, I’m afraid we don’t have a way to do this at this time ?? The way SSA works is that all of the appointments, data, and settings are stored on your site’s database. However, you could link to a page that the booking calendar is embedded on within your WordPress site.
