Multi-Users Enrolled not showing in search

I Face issued after last update” Version 4.1.3 “.
Multi users enrolled listed on the ordered page but not showing up in search.
Note- 1: (Guest)-Change > enrolled-user listed on the ordered page is showing up in search.
Note- 2: multi users enrolled before installed update are showing up in search.

note : this issue not for just this user ,
this issue for all users enrolled ( add email via multiuser )
