Multi-vendor compatible?

My site is using the WCFM plugin for multiple vendors with using both that and your plugin. When I activate Advanced Local Pickup Pro, the shipping options setup in WCFM are inactivated. WCFM has a Local Pickup “shipping” method that I assumed would also work with your plugin; is there any combination of settings that will stop this from happening?
