Multi vendor inquiry

Hi,

I want to run a marketplace where there’s no product catalog. Customers just fill in a form and ask for a quote. The request will be sent to the suppliers automatically.
But product category is important, for example the customer labels the request form with “Groceries” and the request will be only sent to grocery suppliers.

Is there any plugins that I can use for this case?
