multicurrency issue

    Hi, we are using the WooCommerce Weight Based Shipping plugin but have encountered a multicurrency issue.

    The option to provide free shipping when above a certain amount does not work with multicurrency. When I set it in DKK that all orders above 1000DKK grant free shipping, it also demands an order amount above 1000Euro (this should, according to the currency change, be 134,07Euro) to grant free shipping.

    How do you suggest that I fix this?

    Hi @conne002,

    Weight Based Shipping is not integrated with any multi-currency plugin. For the currency conversion to work correctly with WBS, it must be handled transparently. To determine whether this configuration is possible, please contact the support of the multi-currency plugin you are using.
