I am trying to let members send multiple files with the bulk mail to all other members but I can’t get it to send.
When I choose 2 or 3 files using the ctrl and highlight system as recommended, they show up as ‘3 files selected.
I then send and the little circle turns for a whiler and I get the message that the message was sucessfully sent.
I had included my email address amongst the recipients and I get the message after a while in my inbox, the problem is that none of the files I selected arrive, either in the body or as attachments.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thanks for your reply,
Unfortunately the link did not help as I have tried several combinations of codes in the contact form without success.
The original contact form as the following

Attach a file:
[file your-file filetypes: pdf|txt|jpg|jpeg|png|gif|doc|docx|ppt|pptx|odt|zip limit:5mb]

which only allows one file to be attached.
I installed the multifile plugin and activated it and found the multifile tab in the “Form” page, I clicked on this and inserted the tag which appeared at the top leaving the original one at the bottom.
I tried replacing the “[file your file filetypes:etc” with the [multifile multifile-114] but the files, though they appear to be sent, they don’t actually arrive in my inbox as the other single files do.
Iam awaiting the funds to buy the File Upload Pro for the members upload page, but would like the members to be able to send bulk mails with more than one attachment.

To allow 3 x file uploads:

Form:

Attach a file:
[file your-file1 filetypes: pdf|txt|jpg|jpeg|png|gif|doc|docx|ppt|pptx|odt|zip limit:5mb]
[file your-file2 filetypes: pdf|txt|jpg|jpeg|png|gif|doc|docx|ppt|pptx|odt|zip limit:5mb]
[file your-file3 filetypes: pdf|txt|jpg|jpeg|png|gif|doc|docx|ppt|pptx|odt|zip limit:5mb]

Mail >> Attachments:
[your-file1][your-file2][your-file3]

Thanks Barnez,
This worked but it is a pitty that the multifile won’t work as it would be neater if there was only one “Brows” button.

No problem. AFAIK the WP File Upload plugin that you mention is the cleanest solution in that case.

I am setting up a page where members can upload document and photos for all to see on the web site and it is for this that I will need the WordPress File Upload Pro as the free version only accepts images and has limited gallery possibilities.
For the Contact forms, I need three, one for visitors looking for members’ services which has one classic upload button (for one file),
another for members to contact all other members by email and attach up to several files, and a third for committee use to do the same thing.
Not everyone will want files visible on the web, even though the member’s page has password access and not everyone keeps up to date with posts on the web site.
The contact message forms enable them to be sure that their message is recieved and the files attached arrive in the recipients’ inbox.

I have managed to get the Multifuile to work but it sends all files in a zip and one member has already complained she can’t open zip files! Windows 7 and above does this without the need for WinZip or any other zip software.
This is neater than having several browse buttons under each other, but there is no pleasing some!
Thanks for the help

Happy to hear you have things sorted. A single browse button is definitely better on the eye.

barnez thank you so much u save my life
