Themes don’t have such a functional so you will have to use Polylang or WPML.

You can use Polylang to create a multiple language variant of your website. Blocksy has support for Polylang for translating pages.

Please note, some Polylang features are locked behind their premium subscription. It might be necessary to use an additional plugin such as Loco Translate to get around these limitations.
