• Hi

First and foremost, I want to point out that I am not a tech/programming savvy person and that I am also new to WordPress (and web designing to be honest).

I’m using the Customizr theme which I find fantastic, to build a web site (NOT a blog) and I need visitors coming in to be able to switch between French and English versions of it. The ability to switch between languages must appear at the top, preferably in the header as the site cannot have sidebars.

From reading the Customizr documentation, I know that the theme supports both of these languages but, unless I am mistaking, that’s on the back-end whereas I need it on the front-end of my site.

Designing French and English pages with their respective menus isn’t an option as the site will grow with time.

So far, I tried the qTranlate, mqTranslate, Polylang and Transposh plugins. Of those, only Transposh “appeared” to actually do any translations BUT, I have no idea where the translated content went.

Can anyone suggest a quick, easy and automated method of building a multilingual site to this here WordPress Newbie?

Thanks in advance to all who reply.

    Marc
