Does anyone know if the official Facebook plugin supports shortcodes inside a post?
Before I post to facebook I’d like to be sure that my multi language content shows up nicely.

I use shortcodes to seperate the languages, a title may look like this for instance:

    [lang_nl]titel[/lang_nl] [lang_en]title[/lang_en]

When this shortcode shows up on facebook as plain tekst I’m not gonna post to facebook like this.

Thanks in advance for any help!
    kindly, M van Dijk

You can set new posts from your Facebook application as visible to only you, test the application performs as expected, then switch the visibility of posts by the application in your Facebook account’s app settings.

    Hi Niall,

Thanks for the tip! I found out the default publish to facebook options from wordpress so I disabled the plugin (this seems much easyer).
However this way of publishing to facebook does not filter out the shortcodes so I have to find a way to avoid a way of using language shortcodes now. working on that!
