Multilanguage website

Hello,

Could somebody help me with multilanguage Wp install
I want to make website multilingual, only 2 so not that much language.
SEO wise and all that, which is better multisite installation with different folder for language or using multilingual plugin?
If it is indeed better using plugin, which do you recommend.
