multilingual account login/profile

    Dear Astra,
    we need to put an Account icon in our header, as is possible using your theme. However, our site is multilingual, we use Polylang for translation. How do we make it so that when users are on a Dutch page, and they click the Account icon, they are taken to the Dutch login (logged out) or profile (logged in) pages, and when they are on an English page, they are taken to the English pages? At the moment, we appear to be only able to enter 1 URL for the Account and Login each, in your header builder.
