• Hi Guys,

I want to setup my blog in german and english – I’m using Polylang Plugin for this.
It worked for everything else – however, the Create Strings are not appearing on it.

Do you know how I can translate the recipe card into german? Or is there another Plugin I could use?

    Thanks,
    Andrea

    Hey @aatmaberlin,

For translations, we provide a .pot file inside of the languages directory of the plugin. This source file allows users to provide their own translations.

If you would like to provide your own translations, that’s where you can use something like Poedit. Open our .pot file (/wp-content/plugins/mediavine-create/language/mediavine-create.pot) and you’ll be able to write your own translations, export them as .po/.mo files, and upload to your server in the /wp-content/languages/plugins folder.

After that is done you will need to change your WordPress language over into the language your translating your site into. For example if I was translating a site to German, I would then need log into my WordPress Admin and go to Settings -> General -> and then change “Site Language” to German. Once done you should then hopefully see the translations in Create.

    Hope that helps!
