Multilingual e-mails (eg. woocommerce)

    Hey there!

    I wanted to open this post to reiterate a feature request that has been posted in the past.

    We are working on numerous high volume clients that have multilingual woocommerce store requirements. This means they also have the requirement for follow-up emails (eg. order in processing, order shipped, order issues, etc.) to be in the local language of that customer.

    We would like to move them over to TranslatePress as I really like the interface, usability and features. Unfortunately, as long as you don’t have this feature, our woocommerce stores will need to remain on WPML or Weglot.

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the late replay. Out of order emails can’t be translated like renewal emails or followup ones. That’s because we don’t store the user’s initial language and change it when this emai is being sent. The other emails are sent in the language the user is currently on.
