    Hi
we have been using the plugin for several years on two multilingual sites with Polylang (5 languages) and we are very satisfied with it.

The plugin worked great until the latest updates. From update 7.9 onwards, the “subscription” and “welcome” pages that are translated with the “customize” option are no longer translated and the page with the text of the main language is always shown

Is there any compatibility issue with Polylang?
    Thank you

Uhm, if the main language is shown it means the plugin is no able to get the current language. The link of the page, for example the welcome one, is in the correct language but the content is not?

    thanks for the quick reply

the pages are in the correct language, the text is always in the main language (italian).

if you want I can send you access to the admin panel of one of the two sites via email

    Thank you

    Hi

no subscriber starts from English view,, fill the form in English and is redirected to the Subscribe page in Italian. Receive the mail in English, click on the link for the opt-in authorization and is redirected to the “Welcome” page in Italian. The welcome mail is in English

Ok, thank you those detailed steps, I’ll try to reproduce the problem. Clearly the language is missing (or lost) on some steps.

Hi, I tried to reproduce your steps (and other combinations) on a clean installation with Polylang and two languages (English as primary and Italian). I haven’t found issues, actually, but I have a question: the texts in your subscription configuration panel, are they correctly translated for each language? I ask since I saw that some default texts are not correctly translated (we’re updating them now).

Where can I try the subscription on your site?

Hi, problem with Polylang should have been resolved with the latest releases.
