    Hi There!

    I translated my shop (WPML) so now the I got all the translated products synchronized in Facebook Catalog, but they’re all deactivated due to errors I don’t know. How can I manage Multilingual shop in facebook catalog?

    Italian it’s the main languange in the site and in the facebook page, now I want to run Ads in German, I expect to have a separated catalog for dynamic advertise, is it possible?
    Should I upload a csv to overwrite the already synchronized products?

    In order to help resolve the errors you are running into, can you please share screenshots of what you’re seeing?

    Currently, the Facebook for WooCommerce extension is not specifically set up for multi-lingual products. We can report ideas and conflicts if we have more information to look at ?? Can you please copy and paste the system report for this site? You can find it under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
