    Hi @devclimb,

Yes, that is entirely possible. We have written extensive documentation on how to do this with the most popular multilingual plugins.

Let us know if you have any further questions, we’re happy to assist!

    Kind regards,
    Leon

We use WPML to translate the Website from Italian to English, in the English part I would insert the Cookie notice in English. I don’t find an explanation in the documentation you sent me.
    Thank you,

    Hi @devclimb,

The linked page contains a list of articles about translations, including our guide to WPML. The the section ‘The cookie banner’ you can read these instructions:

    1. Navigate to WPML -> String Translation
    2. In the following screen, select ‘complianz’ under ‘Select strings within domain’.
    3. You should now see all the relevant strings, which you can translate manually.
    4. Don’t forget to check ‘translation complete’, and to click ‘Save’. The String will be marked as ‘Translation complete’.

There are some screenshots in the mentioned article as well, for further clarification.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you need further assistance.

    Regards,
    Leon

    Good morning,
I am using Complianz with WPML, in Spanish, English and French. I have the ShortCode option for the legal texts pages. In Spanish I put the shortcode and the texts appear in Spanish, in English with the same shortcode they appear in English, but in French with the same shortcode they appear in English.

    Hi @javierlinares,

Please don’t reply to closed threads to keep the support forums organized and to make sure that we don’t miss your inquiry :-).

To answer your question, please make sure that you have followed the instructions in the WPML article, and that your translation files are up-to-date. You can force-update translation files via WordPress Dashboard -> Updates -> Update translations.

Please open a new thread if you have nay further questions, we are happy to help!

    Kind regards,
    Leon
