I have received a reply from Marcin:

… all texts can be translated via shortcode. For example:
    [wise-chat message_save=”Save text” message_insert_emoticon=”Insert text” … ]
You can prepare your own translation for every language you support. Please check all the messages:

So Marcin – thanks again for your reply.

    Hi,

My site is English (lan 1) and Chinese (lan 2)
The Chinese CHAT page is not appearing in the Appearance>Menu>Chinese option
Means I must create a custom link, however it leads Users from Chinese site to English site, then they can no loner navigate back to Chinese site….

How can this be fixed?? Its quite important. I am using Buddypress with WPML (and Worpdress not WordPress 4.8.1 version BEFORE that, not the WordPress 4.8.1).

    Thank you

Does it get fixed after purchase the PRO version? I am testing the FREE version first.
