Multilingual website-Home page problem

  • Hello!

    1-I want to make two home pages, Arabic and English. I am using polylang plugin that supports Arabic and English languages. and i created two home pages one in Arabic and one in English with the type( widgetized templates), and i am using image slider in the front page.
    when the site is in English the images slider is working fine, but when i switch to the Arabic language i got white slides, How to solve this issue!

    2-I want to make horizontal footer instead of vertical one, i changed the display of the .footer class to be inline from the style.css file, but nothing changed.

    3- I am using pages with no-sidebar, and i want to reduce or delete the margins of the pages contents(i.e. white spaces at the borders) , so i made the margin=0px for #content.no-sidebar at the style.css, but nothing changes.

    Please help me!!!

    First of all I am a newbie in WordPress and also face the same problem as yours.

    Now I have solved the roblem by this:

    I found polylang does not support multilingual sliders. So I delete it and install qTranslate-x instead. It words like a charm. So in your sliders content you just use the code, for example:

    [:en] English content [:fr]French content [:]

    It works for me.

    Thanks shuqueen for your response! but i don’t want to translate the slides i want to display the same slides in both cases Arabic/English. My problem is when i switch to the Arabic website i found white slides
