Multipe admins?

What if a blog has multie admins and want to have revenue sharing percentage also.
For examle, let’s say the admin’s percentage is 20%
And there’s Admin(1) and Admin(2) and Admin (3)
How do we make it work this way:
Author percentage: 80%
Admin(1) percentage: 10%
Admin(2) percentage: 7%
Admin(3) percentage: 3%??
