Multipe Tag Installations

    Hello,

    I have switched my site to GA4 tag installation (and removed manual tagging from the header file), however it appears to be adding the GA4 tag twice when I check my site with the old and new Chrome tag assistant plugin. I tried disabling caching to make sure it’s not that. The first tag loads instantly on page load, the second appears after a few seconds after load.

    Tested with the following plugin and everything works correctly with only a single tag added: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/ga-google-analytics/

    This would suggest to me the issue is with this plugin and I will use the other until the issue can be diagnosed and resolved.

    We haven’t seen any recent reports similar to your issue, but if you would still like to give the WooCommerce Google Analytics plugin another go, can you share with us a copy of your site’s System Status Report? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support.” Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
