    Hello,

I have run into an issue where even though I have “Multiple Opening Together” setting switched OFF in Accordion settings, it still opens multiple accordions at the same time in mobile version.

I need mobile version to work the same way as desktop – only 1 accordion (FAQ tab in this case) open at a time.

Is there a way to fix this?

    Thank you!

  • Hi,

We have checked the link. It is very unexpected. Hearing from you, we have checked it once again. The feature is working correctly in our end.

We need to confirm if the plugin is working normally on a blank test page. To check it, please create a new test page and a new accordion with only three items. Then, explore the page using the shortcode. Please inform us about the result.

If it works, use the working accordion on your homepage to check. We need to check if there is any confliction with other plugins by deactivating other plugins once.

We are waiting to hear from you. If you can’t find out the reason and want us to check it deeply on your WordPress dashboard, you can contact us here.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Thank you for your suggestions. I’ve done a couple of tests, turns out the problem was that we had the same accordion pasted 2 times on one page (one for desktop design, one for mobile design). I created a separate accordion (with a different ID) for mobile version which solved the problem.

    Thanks!

Glad to hear that the issue is fixed. ??
