1. You can modify your password directly in your user records via PHPMYADMIN. Find your user in the wp_users table, edit the record, and enter your correct email. You can also directly reset the password while you’re there:

2. Jetpack lets you set up a single account that you can use to login to multiple sites: https://jetpack.com/support/sso/ or you can use a plugin like MainWP to set up a console from which you can manage multiple WP sites.

What if I don’t have the informattion for #1?

Do you mean you don’t have the hosting information to get to PHPMYADMIN? In that case, contact your host.

I don’t have the login information and I cannot access the email it gets sent to because my old IT guy disappeared. is there a way to contact WP admin and get them to look it up or change it for me?

There is no “WP admin”; no one here has any access to your site or hosting. You need to contact your host to get access to the hosting control panel, from which you can edit the database.
