If you see a connection prompt for Jetpack, it will connect to whichever WordPress.com account you’re currently logged in to.

If it gets connected to the wrong WordPress.com account, you can safely reconnect to the desired account by disconnecting Jetpack from WordPress.com at Jetpack > Dashboard > Site Connection > Manage Site Connection in your site’s Dashboard, then connecting again when prompted to the desired account.
