I installed the free version of the plugin with the Astra free theme – no real customization yet. This is a basic out of the box Woocommerce site in a development environment. When I activate the plugin, I do not see the checkbox allowing me to specify multiple shipping addresses. I checked your demo site and it is there. Can you give me some ideas? Is this because there are no addresses in the database yet? If this is the case, does this mean that the customer has to enter shipping addresses in their account BEFORE going to checkout? So this would mean that they could not checkout as a guest and ship to multiple addresses? Does this work the same in the paid version of the plugin?

I could not get the Pro version to work either, so I chose another option.

This ticket was marked resolved, and I received a refund, but I will reply anyway. As stated earlier, I purchased another plugin. I did open a support ticket, and was told that the problem could not be reproduced and asked me to setup a site and give you login credentials. This seems to be the standard response – but I would never do this. To begin with, I was never asked what plugins I had installed so there is no chance that the condition could be duplicated.

Secondly, I only had 14 days to get a resolution. This is not enough time to debug your software.

If you are in the business of selling plugins, you need a lab where you can recreate conditions with a large quantity of plugins, rather than ask for login credentials. I hope this helps you and others considering this plugin.

We understand your concern and heartfelt apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.

We do know that requesting login credentials for a customer’s website may not be the ideal approach, and we acknowledge the inconvenience it may cause.

In our local testing environment, we typically begin with a basic theme and a minimal set of plugins. If we receive additional feedback from the customer, we then verify the compatibility with the specific plugins/themes they mention.

Further,?we appreciate your input, and we will make efforts to enhance our process based on your suggestion. Once again, thank you for pointing this out, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

    Thank you!

what was the other option you went with?

I purchased the official plugin from woocommerce.com – works great.
