    We are getting Multiple adverts appearing after the latest updates. Either the last update or the previous.

    How do we fix this?

    Hi Robyn,

    I am sorry that you see multiple ads that weren’t there before.

    I cannot think of any reason that this could happen after the last update.

    Could you point me to an ad on your site that wasn’t there before? Is it something that you set up or coming from somewhere else?

    Hi Robyn,

    thanks for the details.

    Could you please check in Advanced Ads > Groups & Rotations if a group is set up with all the ads in it and if that group is assigned to the widget?

    Found where the number of ads showing was greater than 1 in the new group that was created.

    Hi Robyn,

    I am happy to read that you found it. Is it possible that this was a user error?

    If it was one in our code then it is not an obvious one since no one else reported it and I didn‘t change code that is related to this feature for some time.
