    We are seeing a number of incorrect dates been booked out when just one booking is made. Some are back dated, some forward dates which means no one else can book free time/dates. We can see multiple calendar and appointment rows. We only receive one email with the correct booking information.

    Hello,

    You could get this behavior if you’re using caching. As Bookly is not compatible with caching plugins or caching on the server side, you will need to exclude from caching all pages that contain any booking form. Caching plugins usually have an option to set up these exclusion rules. Regarding server side cache you will need to reach out to your hosting provider or check their documentation on how to set up these rules.?

    This has only just started happening for us in the last few days where as we have had automoptize running for well over a year alongside Bookly. Is this a new issue with caching that would have just started causing this problem?

    Hello,

    No, the plugin was never compatible with caching. Set the earlier mentioned exclusion rules regarding caching and enable the debug log and if this behavior reoccurs then reach out to us directly.
