My clients want to be able to book for several employees. But as it is now, all bookings goes to one account.

A simple solution to this, would be to make the employees register themselves for the course.

But then another issues arises. I need to be able to see what company they are from (I could potentially from their email, but sometimes they register with their private email), so the courses can be billed altogether to a “master account”.

Is there a way to enable the opportunity for the master account to say who the selected quantity of courses are meant for? I’m thinking something like attendee 1.name, email, phone etc.
    2. Name…
    So on.

    Thanks for reading.

    Hello,

Your client can directly book on his employees behalf thanks to the Order for Customers add-on.

Else, you can also use the Advanced Forms add-on for that.

If the employees don’t book by themselves, you will be able to create custom fields such as “Name”, “E-mail”, “Phone”, “Company”… and request them for each participant. Here is a demo, and the documentation.

If the employees book by themselves or if you use Order for Customers, it is possible to request these fields only once, when they register (see this post, and the documentation).

    Regards,
