Multiple Blog Pages

In general, you can create 4 different category and link those category to menu so it will show like 4 different type category blog post. But if you want to change the design for 4 different blog page, you have to create custom page template.

You can create number of blog pages with the help of Blog Designer PRO plugin.

Just need to create 4 different blog pages with the help of default WordPress pages, then create 4 different blog layouts with category selection under Layouts panel and select newly created page one by one with the appropriate blog layouts.
