Can anyone tell me how i would be able to edit my ‘wp-rss2.php’ file so as to incorporate the feed from a second blog?

I’m not sure that is possible, but out of curiosity, why not do this with one blog and two categories?

If the content is within the same database you could alter the SQL statements that withdraw the data for the RSS and use a Union Statement — otherwise it’d be laborious and slow and ultimatly a pain in the rear.

You could “include” the items from the second feed.

Thanks for responding. The reason I’d like to do this is because I had the rather unimaginative idea to set up a side of links separate from my main blog (octomoto.com). It was easier to install a second version of wordpress (@octomoto.com/links) and syndicated the feed to the main blog (on a sidebar) than figure out how to do it otherwise. but now i’m stuck with two blogs.
starritt….not sure the content is within the same database since I installed a new version of wordpress. the folder i put it in is within the main wordpress folder but I’m guessing the databases are separate. can anybody confirm this?
2fargon, how would i “include” the items from the second feed? do you mean a crude cut and paste of the html into the main ‘wp-rss2.php’ file? i was already considering this but was not sure if it would work.
    thanks,
    jose
