Multiple carousels in the same article do not work.

  • If you use one carousel in one article, it will work fine.
    However, if you use multiple carousels in one article, the first carousel will work, but the second and subsequent carousels will not. Specifically, the first carousel can be slid without any problem, but the second and subsequent carousels cannot be slid at all.
    I’d like to be able to use multiple carousels in one post, but I’m not sure if it’s a problem with the plugin or my usage.

    I have checked what you have written.
    Apparently, this may be a bug that has occurred since WordPress 5.9.
    You may want to wait for an update to WordPress itself and see what happens.

    Thanks. Yes, will wait for abit longer (not forever). Have switched from carousel block to masonery gallery block in the mean time.

    Other CoB users in this forum are reporting continued broken carousels on previous versions of WP. So it might not be a WP/CoB relationship error.
    I note that CoB support forum is not being maintained on this problem.

    FYI, a PR is worked on to fix the multiple carousels problem. Should be merged soon : https://github.com/godaddy-wordpress/coblocks/pull/2278

    Thank you very much.
    Using the version that was uploaded on GitHub, it worked fine with multiple carousels.
    However, there still seems to be a bug, and the problem occurs when I run it with the LightBox function turned on.
    Nevertheless, I would like to thank all of you who have worked hard to resolve the multiple carousel behavior problems.
    I am looking forward to further improvements.
