Multiple catalog created on pinterest with no possibility to delete them

    Hello,

    I have just installed your new official plugin to benefit of it’s tracking functionality.
    I don’t need the catalog feature at the moment as I already have a good feed generated with additional data like gender, age, category, …

    So I have untick the “Enable Product Sync” checkbox. But it does nothing on pinterest side. Worse, I have then try to re enable the catalog and then re disable it and it has created a new one on pinterest with still no way to delete
    it…

    So now I have 3 catalogs: 2 “woocommerce” I don’t want and my old one.

    Am facing the same problem and its preventing me from completing the Verified merchant process, tried to contact pinterest support to delete it from their side but they couldn’t.

    We need a solution Asap!

    Hope you are doing well!

    With version 1.0.3

    you can go to Marketing > Pinterest > Connection tab and Disconnect the account. this will clean you Pinterest account with all WooCommerce feed created. Then you should do the onboarding again. and it will create the feed again.
