Multiple Categories

    Good afternoon!

    Are business owners able to select more than one category for their business when they create their listing? If so, how?

    (I know it can be done from the dashboard)

    Hi @sheldon-64

    Thank you for reaching out about this. I’m Bobbie from the customer success team and I’m happy to help with this.

    You can enable multiple category selection in the BD Plugin, no problem. To do this, go to Directory > Form Fields then select the Label/Association you are using for categories. Once you are there, choose Edit. Under field type, choose a Multiselect List or a Checkbox. Save changes, and then your listings can be put in multiple categories.

    Next question was how to export – import nested categories, but I see that is not possible.
