Multiple Categories -> How to show others?

    Hey guys, we are currently using the pro edition of the product feed, but we encounter a little problem. We have a category for discounts. And a feed with those products. But besides the category “discounts” other categories are linked to the products aswell, but they don’t show in the feed. Is there a way to ignore this category “discounts” and just show the other categories of the products in the feed? We use this feed to send “smart discounts” to the clients, based on the categories they recently bought, but when it just shows category “discounts”, the smart discounts will only show the same for everyone then of course.

    For that you’ll need to use our rules and filters option. You’ll want to check the product category ‘discount’ and exclude it: How To Create Filters For Your Product Feed? – AdTribes

    I think this would not show the products, which have the category “Discount”, right? What I need to do, is hide it from the categories that get shown for these products, since they are added in other categories.

    Or will the products with multiple categories (also ‘discounts’) still be shown that way, but just not their association with the category ‘discount’? Thanks ??

    = No, if the product feed reads that the product in question has the category of discounts it’ll be excluded: https://i.postimg.cc/XJmczzY9/image.png

    If you mean by if a product has 3 categories say: Hoodie, Premium Series, Discount and you only want to show Hoodie, Premium Series then it’s might be possible via rules and filters by checking it’s category path/link and setting the appropriate values.
