Multiple categories in post title

Hi,
I use for Post Title Format: %category% – %post_title% | %blog_title%
but only one category is displayed.
I have one post that is added to multiple categories: Category1, Category2
I want that the title post to looks like:
Category1, Category2 – Post Title | Blog TitleAnyone has the solution?
