Multiple channel not working

    thanks for creating the awesome plugin.
    I was trying to add different channels for notifications but its not working.
    grocery is my default channel/everything is working there but when I am trying to add another channel there or even adding the new channel or adding a specific person..nothing wokring.
    #grocery, pos_update_required (nothing is working)
    #pos_update_required (only grocery is receiving)
    #grocery, pos_update_required, @xyz (nothing is working)
    can u please help
