Multiple checkout (or cart) pages based on the clicked link

Hello! We have affiliate customers, for whom we want to make a special checkout page or cart page (whichever is possible). When they click affiliate link (or scan qr code with this link) they get to cart.
How can we create a special checkout or cart pages for this users?

P.S. We want the rest of customers use current checkout and cart pages.
