In my wordpress dashboard, I was scrolling through my pages and noticed that there are two Checkout pages created: wwww.mysite.com/checkout-2/ and https://www.mysite.com/checkout/

Well, checkout-2/ just sounds like it might scare off a customer & looks bad, I want to get rid of it.

But afraid I might break this whole thing if I delete that page.

checkout-2/ apparently is working because items are appearing in my shopping cart.

Or am I completely wrong, and there always was 2 checkout pages there?

If I delete checkout-2 page whats going to happen? Last time I did this.. I remember seeing “trashed” files for a bit. But that issue was resolved.

  • There can be only one checkout page. Be brave and delete the checkout-2 page, then delete it from the bin.

Find the remaining checkout page in the list of pages, and make sure it has the correct shortcode:
    [woocommerce_checkout]

Next, tell WooCommerce where to find the checkout page.
Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout tab > look for the Checkout page dropdown and select your checkout page. Save changes.
