Multiple choice option is not working correctly

Thanks for the details! I was able to view the form. Did you manage to resolve the issue? It looks like the Multiple Choice options are aligned, and I was able to select the options. In case it helps, here’s a quick screencast.

I don’t know how to start a new thread but I too am having problems with multiple choice boxes not being clickable. Help! The URL is https://giveempowered.com/assessment/ I got the checkboxes to work by adding in some random CSS I googled, but I need help with the multiple choice.

When you get the chance, please go to our main support page in this forum, scroll to the bottom, and you should see the form for starting a new post.

In the post could you include a link to a form on your site with the Multiple Choice field included in the form? This could be a dummy form, and would be helpful for us to troubleshoot any CSS conflict.
