multiple choice test cant add answers

    Hi thanbks for this great plugin. I cant add answers to multiple choice answers. When I click on add a choice nothing comes to write answer to. I think in general I cant create tests. but save the answer button appears. thanks

    Sometimes in few hostings the tables for our plugin is not created correctly which creates this issue that you are getting. This is a link for a sql file https://gofile.io/d/aPg34p that you will have to import in your phpmyadmin end. Please import this sql file your issue should be solved. If not please contact us via our support page

    Thanks for the answer where do i have to upload this file to?
    on main page of the plugin or in a certain folder like (assets, classes, includes )?
    Please write down the directory so that I can put it in the right place.

    Please share this file with your hosting operators and ask them import it in your DATABASE or you can login to your DATABASE and import the file.

    hey thanks imported it but still doesnt work. I dont know why.

    Can you please check for a plugin and theme conflict? These steps will help rule out a possible plugin conflict.

    1. Disable all the other third-party plugins and check whether that
    solves the issue
    2. If that solves the issue, please activate the plugins one by one to
    rule out the conflicting plugin
    3. If that doesn’t work, please check it by activating the parent theme
    4. If the issue still persists, please activate a WordPress default
    theme like Twenty Twenty and check

    Please also make sure that your platform and theme are up to date.

    did everyhing on this list. i disabled every other plugin and let the tutor be active alone. I still couldnt add choices. when i search online it seem that many people having this issue. is it a bug?
