Good Evening, i really appreciate your work.
The plugin works really well, except the fact i can’t succesfully set the multicolumn.
I copied the a-z-listing-multi-column.example.php in to this directory, (i use Avada theme)
    /public_html/test/wp-content/themes/Avada/templates/

also i renamed it to a-z-listing.php.

    nothing happen.

    Where am i wrong?
    Really thanks,
    E.

    Hi,

the file needs to be in the root of your theme, not in a subdirectory. So it needs to be at wp-content/themes/Avada/a-z-listing.php for the Avada theme.

i put the multicolumn*.php and rename it in /Avada/a-z-listing.php

    but no changes.

    Hi,

The test page on your site at the address you gave in your previous comment leads to a 404 response for me. That means there is no page at that URL. The easiest way to make the A-Z Listing appear at that address is to add a page there with the shortcode [a-z-listing] somewhere in the page content. The shortcode will then use the a-z-listing.php from your theme to display the A-Z Listing in the page replacing the shortcode.

Your output places the A-Z Listing inside <pre><code>HERE</code></pre>. I can’t work out what styling applied to those parents is causing the break, but moving the content out of the <pre><code> wrapper fixes things to work as designed.

    Really thanks !

I’ve tried the same with sprout theme.
downloaded the modified azlisting php file, uploaded into theme root dir, still one column displayed. am I missing something? docs are quite clear… I’m unable to find the problem.
can you please give me advice?
    thanks.
